We need this information in order to return any correspondence via the Contact section of the website and to record any orders made through the website. We will not collect any personal data from you which we do not need to provide this service.

How long we keep your information

We don’t set a particular time limit on storing information entered within the Contact page, however, you can let us know at any time if you have concerns over your privacy and wish for your data to be removed. We are required to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years from the date you last entered into a financial transaction with us, after which time it will be destroyed.
