Anne Connolly is an Irish poet living and working in Scotland. Her poems have been published in a wide variety of journals, magazines and online. She was the Makar for the Federation of Writers (Scotland) 2013–2014.

 

This collection weaves a variety of yarns—some tangled, some true, some ancient, some new. There are threads of memory, beliefs, politics, digital wizardry, all worked on a spindle of blank verse or patterned with rhyme.
